The STERIS Group is changing how we work in the UK from October 2022

Following the acquisition of Cantel by STERIS in July 2021, we are now able to bring our Customers an all-encompassing infection prevention portfolio of products and offer more solutions than ever before under the umbrella of STERIS.

We are strengthening our organisation by bringing together our Customer Operations processes under the umbrella of STERIS Solutions Ltd. This transition aims to deliver a seamless service for our Customers whenever you need to purchase a product or obtain support for any of our brands. As a result of this please be aware of the following changes from 1st October 2022.

Purchase Orders

From 1st October 2022 all STERIS Solutions Ltd and Cantel (UK) Ltd purchase orders should be sent to our UK Healthcare Customer Operations team inbox.

Customer Enquiries

From 1st October any sales, product or order enquiries for any of our brands should be directed towards our UK Customer Operations Team. From there your call or message will be directed to the correct team:

Supplier Details

All purchase orders will need to be made out to the following address. We will not be able to accept any purchase orders made out to the legacy Cantel business after 1st October so please ensure our supplier details are updated in your system.
