CANTEL IS HIRING: Temporary Customer Service Representatives for German Markets!

 Job Description:
You are the frontline support for the customer service department of Cantel Germany and you ensure they have all actual information, so they can inform their end-customers accurately. This information implies answering product questions, processing orders, handling complaints and return requests. In doing this, you always display empathetic and professional behaviour.

Your mission as a Customer Service Representative:

  • You are the 1st point of contact for our Intercompany customer Cantel Germany
  • You process orders in SAP and follow-up from order entry till invoicing
  • You interact with Cantel Germany on daily basis, providing relevant order info
  • You communicate according to Cantel standards
  • You create and follow up returns
  • You create credits and debits, you are a spider in the web, set up connections and work closely together with other global and local functions within finance, logistics, supply chain, marketing, quality…
  • You maintain and update CS procedures and keep prices up-to-date
  • You create tickets in the Cantel Service Portal to log inconsistencies
  • You assist & back-up CS colleagues

Your profile as a Customer Service Representative:

  • You are customer focused and service-minded
  • You have a dynamic, hands-on mentality with a good sense of humor
  • You are flexible and able to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are organized and accurate
  • You can work in a team as well as independently
  • You have an MBO+ / HBO intellectual level
  • You have a perfect command of German, English & Dutch language
  • You have excellent practice in MS office
  • You are preferably skilled in SAP
