Bedside Cleaning

The bedside cleaning is seen as one of the most important steps in the cleaning and disinfection process. By following the instructions in IFU’s and guidelines during bedside cleaning, the endoscope is getting prepared for the next steps in the manual cleaning and disinfection process. During the bedside cleaning, the build-up of biofilm is being prevented and body fluids, blood and other contaminants are removed from and from the endoscope.
